We want you to love your FACEGYM tools and skincare, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on eligible items. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
